99.99% uptime
at traffic other hosts won't touch.
HostM2 is the cloud hosting infrastructure built specifically for high-traffic, growing businesses — e-commerce stores, SaaS platforms, and publishers serving millions of requests a week. Dedicated NVMe servers, automated scaling, and real-time performance intelligence keep your site fast, not throttled the moment it matters most.

Trusted infrastructure for businesses who can't afford downtime
Everything a high-growth site needs to stay online
Most hosts throttle you the moment your traffic gets interesting. HostM2 was built for exactly that moment.
Dedicated NVMe Servers
Private compute pools isolated from noisy neighbors, monitored around the clock, and failed over proactively the instant a hardware risk is detected.
Automated Scaling & Provisioning
Algorithmic scaling schedules that mimic organic traffic curves, tuned per-region so compute, cache, and CDN capacity grow in parallel — not in sequence.
Advanced Performance Analytics
Response time vs. error rate broken down by region, synthetic uptime checks, blocklist/DNS monitoring, and SSL certificate health in one console.
24/7 Infrastructure Experts
A real human team that has run production datacenters for a living — on call when a server incident needs fixing now, not next business day.
Stop paying for downtime you didn't cause.
Spin up your first server in under 5 minutes. No credit card required, no traffic shaming, no surprise suspensions.
No credit card required · Set up in 5 minutes · Zero-tolerance abuse policy enforced
Founded by the engineers who used to run
the datacenters your site depended on.
HostM2 started in 2023 with three engineers who had spent the previous decade running infrastructure and capacity-planning teams inside major cloud providers. We'd seen production traffic from the other side — and we'd also watched mainstream hosts treat every fast-growing site like a liability the moment its traffic graph started climbing.
The pattern was always the same: a legitimate e-commerce store, SaaS platform, or publisher would scale past a few hundred thousand requests a month, trip an arbitrary internal threshold, and get throttled, suspended, or quietly rate-limited — with no explanation and no path to appeal. Meanwhile, actual abusive accounts would rotate through disposable signups and never feel a thing. The platforms built to manage capacity were punishing the wrong customers.
We built HostM2 to fix that mismatch. Instead of policing traffic, we provision for it — capacity planning, caching strategy, and resource isolation are the same inputs real infrastructure teams use to keep sites fast under load. Customers who build responsibly get infrastructure that scales with them instead of against them.
Our mission
To democratize high-performance hosting — giving growing businesses of any size access to the same dedicated capacity, automated scaling, and infrastructure intelligence that was previously only available to enterprise teams with in-house ops staff.
Today HostM2 supports tens of thousands of sites across e-commerce, SaaS, and publishing use cases. Every one of them passes through the same onboarding standard: verified account identity, a documented use case, and agreement to our zero-tolerance policy on abusive or illegal hosting activity. We'd rather grow slower with customers who protect the platform than fast with ones who burn it down.
We're still run by the people who built it — a small, infrastructure-obsessed team that reads latency graphs the way other companies read stock tickers. If your performance problem is genuinely hard, you're talking to the people who've solved it before, not a support queue reading from a script.

Response guarantee
All support tickets are answered by a real engineer within 15 minutes, 24/7 — including outage and downtime emergencies.
Onboarding standard
All new accounts undergo a short identity and use-case review before their first server goes live. This keeps shared infrastructure clean for every customer on the platform.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy describes how HostM2 ("HostM2," "we," "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with our cloud hosting infrastructure, performance tooling, and related services (the "Service"). HostM2 acts as a data processor with respect to visitor and end-user data contained within customer-hosted websites and applications, and as a data controller with respect to account, billing, and platform-usage data belonging to our customers.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, business email, company, billing details), infrastructure data (server logs, resource-usage metrics, uptime and error records, SSL certificate status), and usage data (login activity, API calls, support interactions). Where a customer uses our platform to host a website or application, we process the visitor data contained on that site solely as instructed by the customer, strictly for the purpose of serving, securing, and monitoring that site.
3. GDPR compliance
For customers and end users located in the European Economic Area, HostM2 processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers acting as data controllers remain responsible for establishing a valid legal basis for the personal data collected through sites they host on the platform. HostM2 executes a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with all customers processing EEA personal data, honors data subject access, rectification, and erasure requests routed through our customers, and maintains Standard Contractual Clauses for any cross-border data transfer where required.
4. Acceptable use compliance
HostM2 requires every customer hosting on our infrastructure to comply with applicable law, including accurate WHOIS and account registration information, no deceptive or phishing content, clear identification of any commercial content where required, and prompt honoring of any legally valid takedown or data-subject request. We monitor abuse reports and blocklist status on all hosted domains and will suspend accounts found in violation.
5. Data security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer and end-user data, including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, network segmentation of hosting infrastructure, continuous vulnerability scanning, and annual third-party penetration testing. Access to raw customer site data is restricted to automated hosting systems and a limited set of authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.
6. Data retention
Server performance and access logs are retained for 24 months to support performance analytics and abuse investigation, after which they are anonymized or deleted. Website and application data uploaded by customers is retained only for the duration of the customer's active use of the platform and is deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Zero-tolerance abuse policy
HostM2 does not permit hosting of malware, phishing content, or content promoting illegal goods and services, nor use of our infrastructure to relay unsolicited bulk email or conduct network attacks. Every account is subject to ongoing abuse-report and resource-usage monitoring; accounts that breach these thresholds are suspended pending review. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the entire platform and is non-negotiable regardless of account size or tenure.
8. Your rights and contact
Individuals with questions about how their personal data is processed via a HostM2 customer's website should first contact that customer directly, as HostM2 acts on their instructions. For all other privacy inquiries, contact our data protection team at privacy@hostm2.net.
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using HostM2's hosting infrastructure, dashboards, or APIs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligible use
The Service is intended exclusively for lawful hosting of websites, applications, and related infrastructure, including e-commerce, SaaS, and publishing use cases conducted in accordance with applicable law. Customers must maintain accurate account and domain-ownership information and must produce it on request during compliance review.
3. Zero-tolerance anti-abuse policy
The following are strictly prohibited on the Service: hosting malware, phishing content, or content promoting illegal goods and services; using the Service to relay unsolicited bulk email or conduct network attacks; disguising account or site ownership; and exceeding reasonable shared-resource limits in a way that degrades service for other customers. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund and, where required, referral to relevant authorities.
4. Account responsibilities
Customers are responsible for securing their account credentials and API keys, for the content and legality of all sites and applications hosted through their account, and for promptly honoring lawful takedown and data-erasure requests. Customers must maintain current backups of their own content unless a managed backup plan has been separately purchased.
5. Service availability
HostM2 targets 99.99% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Performance metrics such as response time are influenced by factors outside HostM2's direct control, including customer application code and third-party dependencies, and are provided as monitoring data, not as a contractual guarantee of individual request outcomes.
6. Fees and suspension
Subscription and usage-based fees are billed as described at checkout. HostM2 reserves the right to suspend or throttle any account showing sudden abusive or resource-damaging behavior, pending investigation, to protect shared infrastructure used by other customers. Suspension for a documented policy violation does not entitle the customer to a refund of prepaid fees.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostM2's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the three months preceding the claim. HostM2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue resulting from downtime or performance issues outside our direct control.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice. HostM2 may terminate immediately for breach of the zero-tolerance anti-abuse policy described in Section 3. Upon termination, customer site data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Contact
